1. About StratusLink
StratusLink is a software platform designed to support aviation operations through flight scheduling, aircraft availability tracking, operational visibility, notifications, and audit logging.
The Services provide planning and coordination tools only and do not replace human judgment, regulatory responsibility, or operational authority.
StratusLink makes no guarantee of regulatory compliance or operational authority.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
Use the Services only within the scope of your assigned role and permissions.
3. User Roles and Permissions
Access to features and data within the Services may vary based on user roles (e.g., administrators, operators, instructors).
You agree not to attempt to access features, data, or permissions beyond those granted to you.
4. Acceptable Use

Content submitted must comply with all laws and regulations.
5. Scheduling and Operational Use Disclaimer
StratusLink assists with planning, scheduling, and operational visibility. All flight, maintenance, and operational decisions remain the responsibility of qualified personnel.
StratusLink does not verify regulatory compliance, aircraft airworthiness, pilot qualification, or weather suitability.
Use of the Services does not relieve you of any legal, regulatory, or safety obligations.
6. Data and Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Services.
By using the Services, you grant StratusLink a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You are responsible for having rights to the data you submit.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools or services (such as calendars).
StratusLink is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
9. Fees and Billing

No guidance provided by StratusLink constitutes legal or regulatory advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATUSLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPERATIONAL DISRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Total liability is limited to amounts paid, if any, for the Services in the previous twelve months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StratusLink and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws or regulations.
This obligation survives termination of your use of StratusLink.
This includes legal fees and costs.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in California for dispute resolution.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
